
ISPT and partners, Aliro and Vaughan Construction, celebrated the official sod turn at Barracks at Metroplex in Wacol, Qld. This follows completion of major earthworks in June and marks an important milestone for the strategically located estate.
The Metroplex Westgate Industrial Estate comprises two vacant industrial zoned lots totalling 23Ha. Located on the interchange between Centenary Highway and Ipswich Motorway in Wacol, the lots are ideally positioned close to major arterial roads and an established logistics market.
Barracks at Metroplex is one of several estates in ISPT’s development pipeline targeting 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built certification. This rating represents healthy, productive, resilient and sustainable buildings with features that reduce the operational costs for our customers.
