Versatile Construction, part of vertically integrated property specialist Versatile Group, has celebrated the commencement of construction at Ocean Place – located at 216 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads. The project is in partnership with leading Australian developer PASK.
Scheduled for completion in late 2027, Ocean Place will be home to 29 exclusive, luxury residences, offering residents uninterrupted ocean views and direct beach access. It will include premium wellness facilities, featuring a gym and yoga room with state-of-the-art electronic cardio equipment and virtual training sessions, an infrared sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, and a 15-metre pool.
John Curtis, Development Director at PASK, said: “We were delighted to appoint Versatile Construction as our construction partners of choice on this project. Designed to reflect the vibrancy of Burleigh Heads, Ocean Place is set to deliver a new level of luxury living to the region, providing residents with the ultimate resort-inspired lifestyle.”
Fabrizio Perilli, Managing Director at Versatile Group, said: “This is a major milestone for Versatile Construction as we break ground on Ocean Place, our first project in south-east Queensland. We are proud to be delivering this project for our development partner PASK.
“Burleigh Heads is a vibrant area and there is high demand for luxury apartments that reflect the wellness-focused, Gold Coast lifestyle. Alongside PASK, we are committed to delivering at the highest quality, and Ocean Place will allow us to truly flex our capabilities.”
With exteriors designed by one of Australia’s most respected and successful architectural practices, Woods Bagot, Ocean Place fits seamlessly into the Burleigh Heads skyline, reflecting the laid-back aesthetic of Queensland’s well-loved Burleigh Heads beach community.
Residents will enjoy homes filled with an abundance of natural light, adaptable functional layouts, and an elegant, timeless design, curated by Carr, one of the world’s most influential interior design studios.
Construction for Ocean Place is expected to be completed in late 2027, with three- and four-bedroom apartments priced from $4,900,000.
