The strategic hire marks another milestone in Colliers’ expansion into Melbourne’s dynamic growth corridors, reinforcing its commitment to servicing the increasing demand for premium investments and development assets across the region.

Matthew Meynell, Managing Director, Office Capital Markets & Investment Services, said, “The success of our Melbourne North West team since launching earlier this year has been exceptional. Bringing Ervin on board is a strategic move to further strengthen our capabilities in the region. His deep market knowledge and proven track record will complement the team and help us continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients.”

Since bringing Colliers Investment Services to the Essendon Fields office in January 2025, the team has been involved in a series of high-profile transactions, including the sale of 9–11 Post Office Place, Glenroy, and 16–22 Pearcedale Parade, Broadmeadows. These include the landmark sale of 42–46 Puckle Street, Moonee Ponds for $5.61 million, the high-profile office / retail asset at 146–154 Elgin Street, Carlton for $5.525 million, prime investments at 78-80 Lygon Street, Brunswick East, and 1120-1122 Mt Alexander Road, Essendon, which achieved $3.75 million and $3.4 million respectively.
