Local occupier, Alclad Architectural, doubles their footprint in sought-after industrial precinct.

Colliers is pleased to announce the successful off-market leasing of a 5,299 sqm warehouse in Tullamarine to Alclad Architectural on behalf of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust. The transaction was completed ahead of a formal marketing campaign, underscoring the robust demand in Melbourne’s north-west industrial market.

Local occupier, Alclad Architectural, sought the property to facilitate their operations and marks a significant expansion for Alclad Architectural, who have nearly doubled their footprint within the airport precinct.

The warehouse boasts functional, high clearance space with ample corporate office amenities and is strategically located near Melbourne Airport and several major arterial roads.
