Colliers brings prominent retail portfolio of five fully leased shops to market

27 April 2023

Colliers agents Lucas Soccio, Alex Browne and Tim McIntosh have been exclusively appointed to bring a prominent retail portfolio consisting of five individual retail shops to market 15km north west of Melbourne’s CBD in Keilor.

Situated in the heart of Keilor on the main thoroughfare, all properties are secured by long-standing tenants, including Australia Post, Bakers Delight and Stihl Mowers and are expected to attract interest in excess of $5 million combined with individual pricing starting around $600,000.

Colliers’ Lucas Soccio said, “The shops are situated within the tightly held and well-established retail catchment and are individually titled, providing ultimate flexibility to purchase independently or in any combination.”

The retail investments range between 64sqm to 169sqm in size, situated on valuable Commercial 1 Zone land offering a multitude of development scopes (STCA).

“With no vacancy on the Old Calder Highway retail strip, all five shops are 100% leased with strong holding income, providing a great opportunity for passive retail investors and developers given the future development possibilities,” said Colliers’ Alex Browne.

Two retail assets will be individually auctioned on Wednesday, 24th May, at 12:30 pm and 1 pm, and the remaining three will be brought to market via an Expressions of Interest Campaign where they can be purchased individually or in any combination, closing Thursday, 25th May, at 3 pm (AEST).
