Charter Keck Cramer Expands Advisory Capability

Charter Keck Cramer is pleased to announce the further growth of our Advisory capability, with a strengthened team of highly experienced professionals in our Sydney office.

Leading the growth is Mark Daniel, who joins as National Director. In addition to leading the Advisory team, Mark will manage Charter Keck Cramer’s Sydney office, which now brings together capability in Advisory, Property Valuations (Commercial, Prestige Residential and Residential Development) and Research. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Mark has more than 30 years’ experience in the corporate real estate industry, advising some of Australia’s largest organisations on real estate strategies, feasibility studies and transactions. Having held leadership roles within several multinational organisations, his career also includes founding an independent consultancy recognised for delivering strategic and transaction management services to corporate clients.

Joining him are Craig Middleton (Director), a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with more than 30 years’ experience across diverse real estate sectors in Australia and internationally, and Rebecca Rooney (Associate), alongside Oliver Daniel (Senior Executive), who has been part of Charter Keck Cramer since 2022. Together, they form a dynamic group of industry professionals who bring deep expertise, innovative thinking and a broad range of advisory skills. Their collective capability spans transaction management, lease administration and negotiation, as well as general property consulting.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mark, Craig and Rebecca to Charter Keck Cramer, and to see Oliver continue to grow within the firm,” said Peter Hutchins, Chief Executive of Charter Keck Cramer. “With Mark leading the Sydney office, which now includes Advisory, Valuations and Research, we are strengthening our New South Wales presence and reinforcing our commitment to delivering strategic, tailored advice to our clients.”

Mark Daniel added: “I am excited to be joining Charter Keck Cramer to lead the Sydney Advisory team and manage the broader Sydney office. The market presents significant opportunities for strategic, independent advice and I look forward to working with clients to deliver outcomes that support their business and property objectives.”

This expansion marks another important milestone for the firm, following the appointment of Don Foulds earlier this year to lead the Retail Advisory capability. It reflects Charter Keck Cramer’s ongoing focus on investing in the right people to support clients’ evolving needs.

Please join us in congratulating the new team on their appointment.
