Centuria Overview – Emerging Leaders Conference

Centuria provided an overview of their business to a conference of emerging leaders hosted by Shaw & Partners. The group holds 35 commercial office assets and 42 industrial assets worth over $4.8bn. Centuria seek to add value to their clients via their integrated platform spanning deal origination, capital raising, funds, asset & facilities management. The group operate one of the few pure play office REITs, and a pure play industrial REIT as well as 15 unlisted wholesale & retail funds. Centuria are expanding into the Social and Addordable Housing arena with participation in the $1.1bn NSW Social & Affordable Fund in a partnership with Compass Housing and Tetris Capital. Centuria describe their role as the Developer with Compass being the Community Housing Providor and Tetris the Upfront take out party, supported by the NSW Gov Fund. Under this model, Centuria will contribute $20m of equity across 4 projects and deliver 192 dwellings.
