One of Australia’s leading agricultural investment firms GoFarm has acquired the prominent New South Wales ‘Dellapool’ horticultural aggregation following a keenly contested sale campaign.

CBRE’s John Harrison, Matt Childs and James Auty negotiated the sale of the premier 2,681-hectare Riverina region development asset, which offers substantial water entitlements, modern infrastructure, and immense agricultural potential.

CBRE Agribusiness Director Matt Childs said, “The sale of ‘Dellapool’ attracted significant interest from both national and international parties. Given the quality of the infrastructure, the scale of the land, and the volume of water entitlements, this was a rare opportunity.”

John Harrison, the Managing Director of CBRE’s Agribusiness team, added, “The competitive nature of this campaign reflects the strong demand for large-scale irrigation properties in Australia. Aggregations of this calibre rarely come to market, and we’re pleased to have secured the sale to GoFarm, whose commitment to responsible agriculture and transforming underutilised assets aligns perfectly with the future of this property.”

GoFarm focuses on land-use change, investment in technology, and sustainability.

Mr Harrison noted that the acquisition of ‘Dellapool’ represented the latest milestone in the firm’s mission to enhance Australia’s agricultural productivity.
