CBRE named as the exclusive Victorian real estate partner of the Australian Childcare Alliance

CBRE’s Australian Healthcare & Social Infrastructure team has been appointed for the second year running as the exclusive commercial real estate partner of Australian Childcare Alliance Victoria.

ACA Victoria is a founding member of the national Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA), a not-for-profit organisation whose members represent over 70% of all privately operated early learning services in Australia.

CBRE Healthcare & Social Infrastructure Director Sandro Peluso noted, “Our business is excited to continue our relationship with ACA Victoria into 2023 and beyond, given the significant value the organisation has delivered for our clients.”

CBRE’s appointment has been announced ahead of the ACA’s national 2023 Immerse Conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre.

The CBRE Healthcare & Social Infrastructure team of Mr Peluso, Marcello Caspani-Muto and Jimmy Tat will feature on a panel at the April 28-29 event, focused on childcare leasing, design and development.

They will also exclusively share a maximum of five childcare leasing opportunities at the conference, with two of these already locked in.

Mr Caspani-Muto said, “This is the single largest conference of the year for the early learning sector and record attendance is anticipated given the rapid growth in the childcare industry. The event is not just specific to operators, and we are encouraging our development and leasing partners to attend given the valuable insights that will be shared.”

In addition to the general exhibition space, numerous breakout sessions will be staged along with a range of panel discussions.

Mr Peluso noted that the conference represented the single largest annual gathering of early learning tenants, providing invaluable exposure for property owners.

“All four properties promoted by CBRE at last year’s event were successfully leased and are now nearing construction completion,” Mr Peluso said.
