CBRE today announced new leadership appointments for Natalie Slessor, who will take on a newly created role as Head of Property Management for Asia Pacific, and James King, who will succeed Ms Slessor as Head of Property Management for Australia & New Zealand.

Both roles will come into effect on January 1, 2026.

In her new position, Ms Slessor will support more than 9,000 property management professionals in 15 key markets across the APAC region and will join CBRE’s global Property Management leadership team.

She has over two decades of experience at leading organisations including Lendlease, the Macquarie Group and Woods Bagot.

“Natalie’s appointment will foster enhanced collaboration across our APAC business, building on the growth and results she’s achieved in Australia and New Zealand since joining CBRE in 2023,” said Craig Hudleston, Global Chief Operating Officer & Head of Investor Portfolio Management, for CBRE Property Management.

“I’m excited about the future opportunities under Natalie’s leadership as our clients expand their partnerships with us, seeking economies of scale and greater efficiencies.”

In tandem, Mr King will assume the leadership of CBRE’s Pacific Property Management business, comprising more than 1,300 professionals in Australia and New Zealand.

“During his 16 years in our Pacific business, James has led some of our largest property management accounts and geographies,” said Phil Rowland, CBRE’s Advisory Services CEO, Australia & New Zealand.

“James has a deep understanding of our business, strong client relationships, and the passion and capability to take our Pacific Property Management platform into its next growth phase.”
