More than half of the apartments at Burly Residences have now been sold, with the $540 million beachfront development securing more than $236 million in sales, underscoring sustained buyer confidence in one of North Burleigh’s most tightly held beachfront addresses.

Fifty-five of the project’s 101 apartments have been secured, representing 54 per cent of the total collection of the large, six-star beachfront residences in the tightly held North Burleigh region.

The sales profile highlights the depth of demand from both local and interstate buyers, with Queensland purchasers accounting for 49 per cent of transactions, followed by New South Wales at 24 per cent and Victoria at 18 per cent.
