Award-winning hospitality venue listed for sale

Pietro Gallus Estate in the famous Yarra Valley wine region has been listed for sale by hospitality operators John Di Pietro and Anna Gallo of Anjo Holdings Pty Ltd, providing the opportunity to acquire a premium food, beverage, function and commercial distilling business.

Pietro Gallus Estate has been operating for nine years and occupies 7.937ha on the hills of Warrandyte South, 35km from the Melbourne CBD.

The estate includes olive groves, grapevines, and a citrus orchard, Olivigna restaurant, tasting bar, and spirit distillery and a private residence.

Pietro Gallus Estate has won multiple awards for the Olivigna restaurant and their internationally recognised spirits, which are commercially produced on-site.

CBRE Hotel’s Scott Callow is managing the sale via an Expression of Interest Campaign closing 12 April 2023.

β€œThis impressive property has been built from the ground up with a tremendous vision over the last 22 years, our vendors have gone to great lengths to produce a product of the highest standard that delivers a quality guest experience,” Mr Callow said.

β€œPietro Gallus has a mix of revenue streams from both its hospitality operation and its commercial distilling operation that has been highly awarded. The current business operation is growing annually with plenty of further scope to expand the business.”

β€œOpportunities to acquire such assets are rarely made available and are tightly held in not only the Victorian but national and international market.”
