Former retail distribution centre 10 Roberts Road Eastern Creek offers up to 74,000 sqm or ten football fields under one roof

JLL has been exclusively appointed to sublease Australia’s largest freestanding corporate distribution facility located in Western Sydney, which is the size of ten football fields under one roof.

The 74,000 sqm distribution facility at 10 Roberts Rd Eastern Creek will come to market for the first time since being constructed and offers major local and global warehouse occupiers a rare opportunity to secure a distribution facility of this scale.

Importantly, the site’s availability will inject much needed quality distribution space into the Western Sydney warehouse market which has been constrained due to planning and infrastructure delays to developable land in the Kemps Creek precinct.
