The ASX200 A-REIT Index rose 0.88% this week as most listed property stocks recorded gains. Dexus was the strongest performer among the major REITs, climbing 6.3%, followed by Mirvac Group, Charter Hall Group and Goodman Group. Other notable gainers included Aspen Group, Ingenia Communities Group and Growthpoint Properties Australia. Declines were limited, with 360 Capital Group, Thorney Opportunities, Qualitas Ltd and Acumentis Group among the weaker performers.
