ASX AREIT Weekly Update 26/09/2025

The ASX200 AREIT Index fell -2.56% this week, with the majority of listed property stocks trading lower. Goodman Group (-4.3%), Cromwell Property Group (-4.1%), and HMC Capital (-3.8%) were among the largest underperformers, dragging the sector down.

On the upside, Aspen Group (+7.6%) led gains, while Charter Hall Retail REIT (+1.7%) and Vicinity Centres (+1.2%) also finished higher, showing some resilience in retail-focused trusts.

Overall, weakness in diversified and office-focused REITs outweighed modest strength in select retail and industrial names.
