ASX AREIT Weekly Update 03/10/2025

The ASX200 AREIT Index rose 1.96% this week, supported by strong gains from Cromwell Property Group (+4.3%), Goodman Group (+3.6%) and WOTSO Property (+3.4%). Ingenia Communities and HMC Capital also delivered solid growth, highlighting momentum across logistics and community-focused assets.

On the downside, Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (-4.0%), Waypoint REIT (-3.3%) and Centuria Industrial REIT (-2.5%) weighed on the sector, reflecting softer sentiment in long WALE and retail-focused trusts. Overall, AREITs showed resilience with broad-based gains despite select underperformers.
