The Adelaide sub-regional shopping centre is anchored by three supermarkets and comes to market at a time of high demand for retail assets.

Arndale Shopping Centre, Adelaide, has come to market. The rare opportunity to aquire a stamp duty free 100% interest in a metro located, sub-regional shopping centre is set to attract strong interest.

Colliers Managing Director, Asia Pacific | Retail Capital Markets, Lachlan MacGillivray, in-conjunction with Matthew Lane of Dulwich Lane have been appointed to sell the centre, on behalf of MA Financial. It has price expectations in excess of $130,000,000.

Arndale Shopping Centre occupies a landmark 10.7-hectare site with a low site coverage ratio of 37.1%, offering immediate value-add and development potential (STCA), including an external dining precinct, additional pad sites, and identified leasing remixing opportunities.
