APN Provided the market with an update on its business and it focus on income producing products.
The business currently has 12 funds containing 105 assets valued at $2.9bn. Its focus is purely on commercial real estate with a ‘Property for income’ investment strategy focused on securing reliable rental income streams.
The business has 48 staff and is 30% owned by Board and management with $100 million+ manager equity fund co invested in the various funds.
