A prime piece of absolute waterfront land in Lancelin – which could become home to a motel, accommodation units, chalets and a brewery – has been listed for sale.

One of the only commercial development sites available in Lancelin and enjoying direct access to the pristine beach and jetty, 64 Gingin Rd lies just an hour north of Perth.

Specialist property services firm Effective Property Solutions (EPS) has been exclusively engaged to sell the 7,766sqm site, which is home to an active lobster depot, including a warehouse and office, a two-storey restaurant and private residence.

EPS senior head of industrial/commercial Justin Mabarrack described the site as having the potential to deliver an iconic building in an increasingly popular destination known for its tourism, surfing and fishing hotspots.

The hospitality-focused development proposes 4,836sqm of accommodation – including a motel, seven beachfront tourist units and five larger chalets – and a brewery spanning 255sqm.

It also flags the possible revitalisation of an existing restaurant space on the site.

64 Gingin Rd is situated at the corner of Gingin Rd and Miragliotta St. Lancelin lies 127km north of Perth.
