Sammut Announces First Glimpse of Cronulla’s New Luxury Development and Arrival of Greek by the Beach

This weekend marks the opening of the brand-new display apartment in PALM by award-winning local developer Sammut, offering a first glimpse into Cronulla’s newest luxury beachside development.

Sammut has also revealed authentic Greek cuisine experience Kazzi Beach Greek will be part of the ground floor offer which is set to elevate the Gerrale Street precinct. PALM will be home to the popular brand’s fourth outlet.

On Saturday, locals are invited to the 67 Gerrale Street development to experience the stunning homes on offer in PALM while sampling the flavours which have elevated Kazzi Beach Greek to cult status on the Sydney food scene.

An on-site coffee cart will be serving customers from 9am, so people can grab a coffee, peruse a brand-new PALM apartment and experience the spectacular views for the first time.

PALM’s impressive ground-floor retail amenity will offer three more food and beverage choices to elevate the fabric of Gerrale Street, adding to the lifestyle convenience for residents. With boutique restaurants, artisanal providores, gourmet bakeries and modern cafes, this thoughtfully curated precinct is complete with impressive views of the water.
