Frasers Property Industrial is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Parmenter as its new General Manager – People and Culture.
Kelly brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across the media, technology and manufacturing sectors. She previously held the Executive Director – Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and HR Services at Foxtel Group, where she partnered with senior leaders to drive transformation, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.
As General Manager – People and Culture, Kelly will be responsible for leading the people and culture strategy across Frasers Property Industrial’s Australian and European operations, with a strong focus on building high performing teams, organisational development, leading through change, and building leadership capability.
