Colliers ranked number one in Australia based on:

  •  Overall sales volume of retail transactions.**

Industrial & Logistics team maintains momentum 

Colliers’ Industrial & Logistics experts have once again been recognised as the top-performing agency in Australia for industrial property sales by properties transacted, holding a dominant 31% market share in H1 2025 by sales volume according to MSCI Real Assets. This marks the third consecutive year of leadership in the sector, following #1 rankings in both 2023 and 2024 based on number of properties transacted.

“In the first half of 2025, we advised on over $2.2billion in industrial transactions, including the Port Adelaide Distribution Centre for $216 million, 9 Stonny Batter Road for $200 million and the Eastern Edge Logistics Portfolio for $170.5million. These deals demonstrate the strong investor demand for logistics assets characterised by scale, connectivity and operational resilience.” 


Retail Capital Markets team leads with record-breaking transactions 

Colliers’ Retail Capital Markets team has been ranked number one in Australia for retail property sales by volume in H1 2025 by MSCI Real Assets. This recognition reflects the team’s leadership in executing high-value, complex transactions across the country. 

“Our team continues to deliver market-defining outcomes for clients, backed by deep expertise and global reach. We’ve led some of the country’s most significant retail deals, including the $482million capital partnering of Cockburn Gateway and Belmont Forum in WA, and most recently the $525 million Top Ryde City mall deal,” added Lachlan MacGillivray, Managing Director, Asia Pacific | Retail Capital Markets.

Colliers’ Residential team has been ranked number one in Australia for development site transactions by properties transacted in H1 2025 by MSCI Real Assets. This recognition highlights the team’s leadership in unlocking value across strategic landholdings and delivering outcomes that shape the future of Australia’s cities.
