Inner South West precinct sale underscores demand for turnkey manufacturing facilities.
Colliers has transacted the sale of a prime industrial facility at 47-49 Marigold Street, Revesby, achieving $16,000,000 on behalf of H Dallas Holdings Pty Ltd.
The asset comprises a 3,816 m² building on a 5,748 m² site and features significant exisiting infrastructure that delivers immediate functionality, for the purchaser Golden Palm Holdings Pty Ltd, who seized the opportunity to relocate its manufacturing operations into a larger, fully functional space with minimal downtime. Throughout the on-market EOI campaign, Colliers recorded over 150 enquiries, hosted numerous inspections and secured multiple strong first-round offers, underlining the depth of buyer demand for turnkey industrial assets in the Revesby-Milperra corridor.
“This site’s existing infrastructure makes it a standout for manufacturing users seeking immediate functionality. There’s clear and consistent demand from owner-occupiers for industrial assets that allow them to expand with minimal disruption. The Revesby/Milperra precinct continues to attract occupiers seeking scale, infrastructure and strategic positioning,” said Angus Urquhart, Director in Charge | Sydney South West, National Director | Industrial & Logistics.
“Turnkey assets like 47-49 Marigold Street enable businesses to scale quickly and efficiently, removing the typical delays of fit-outs or upgrades. The campaign attracted over 150 enquiries and multiple strong first-round offers, reflecting the depth of buyer demand for quality industrial assets in this corridor,” added Hamish Miles, Manager | Industrial & Logistics, Sydney South West.
Jon Orsborn, Director at Parkside Commercial Real Estate, Western Sydney, noted, “The result underscores the strength of the inner South West market and the appetite for low site coverage assets with high-power capabilities.”
This transaction marks Colliers’ fourth sale in the Revesby/Milperra precinct this year, reinforcing sustained demand for freestanding, ready-to-occupy industrial holdings in Inner South West Sydney. Recent transactions include 6 Armour Street, Milperra; 5 Marigold Place, Milperra (off-market); and 2–4 Marigold Street, Revesby.
