Mambourin Marketplace is Now Open

The $60 million Mambourin Marketplace has officially opened, becoming the retail and social hub of Frasers Property Australia’s growing masterplanned community in Melbourne’s west.

Located at 36 Delama Boulevard, Mambourin, the centre spans 7,500 sqm and is anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket. It features around 25 specialty stores, including fresh food outlets, dining options, a pharmacy, medical centre, fitness and beauty providers, and everyday services.

The opening was celebrated on 18 September 2025 with live entertainment, giveaways, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Wyndham City Mayor Councillor Mia Shaw, Member for Werribee John Lister, Wadawurrung artist Chloe Chatterton, and local residents. Chatterton’s public artwork Woven Through Country is a centrepiece, reflecting the local landscape and culture.

Retailers include Coles, Burger Point, Smokin’ Joes Pizza & Pasta, Grace Oz Grocery, Sushi Hub, Doctors & Co, Choice Pharmacy, Plus Fitness, Beauty Canvas, and more. A landscaped plaza, outdoor dining spaces, and a children’s play area encourage the centre to act as more than just a shopping destination.

Mambourin Marketplace is the first stage of the Mambourin Town Centre, which will eventually deliver additional shops, community facilities, green spaces, and potentially a future train station.
