ASX AREIT Weekly Update 19/09/2025

The ASX200 AREIT Index slipped 1.01% this week, showing a mixed picture for listed property trusts.

The strongest performers were Dexus Industria REIT (+4.9%), Carindale Property Trust (+4%), and BWP Trust (+2.8%). On the other hand, the sharpest falls came from HMC Capital (-9.9%), Vicinity Centres (-4%), and Ingenia Communities (-2.6%).

Overall, industrial-focused REITs delivered solid gains, while retail and lifestyle-oriented trusts recorded the biggest losses.
