Colliers Launches Sale of a Productive Trio of Riverland Vineyards.
Colliers Agribusiness is pleased to bring the Thomson Vineyard Portfolio to market for sale, a significant offering of three established vineyard assets in South Australia’s Riverland Wine Region.
The portfolio represents one of the largest vineyard offerings in the region, totalling 736.92 hectares, with 389.43 hectares planted to winegrapes.
The portfolio includes:
- Woolpunda Vineyard – 389.80 ha (216.70 ha planted)
- Devlins Pound Vineyard – 107.32 ha (49.73 ha planted)
- Good Hope Landing Vineyard – 239.80 ha (123 ha planted)
The vineyards are planted to a diverse mix of varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Gordo, Rubired, and Tempranillo, with plantings ranging from the early 1990s to 2021. The properties are equipped with modern irrigation systems drawing from the Murray River.
Over the past five vintages (2021–2025), the portfolio has consistently produced strong yields. The vineyards are well-maintained and offer scope for continued viticultural production or potentially redevelopment into alternative crops.

The Thomson Vineyard Portfolio is offered For Sale via Expressions of Interest, closing Friday 26 September 2025 at 2pm (ACST). Inspections are strictly by appointment.
