The new premium Hub elevates the every day
Hub Australia, the country’s largest privately-owned flexible workspace operator, has officially opened its first premium co-working space in Perth at Elizabeth Quay. The new Hub in Perth offers an unrivalled work experience – from its purposely designed workspaces, hospitality-inspired service, curated learning programming and wellbeing initiative, WorkWell.
Following the opening of the new Perth coworking space, Hub Australia now operates sixteen clubhouses across every major city in the country.
Wellbeing is at the core of the Hub Australia experience, incorporated in everything from design, to learning programs and partnerships. The new Perth facility is no different, championing an industry leading WorkWell program which includes access to Unyoked stays for members to recharge in nature. The Perth co-working space will even have its very own Unyoked cabin experience, bringing the impact of time spent in nature to the CBD.
With the aim of inspiring people to love where they work, the latest flexible workspace will bring the best in premium amenities and inspired hospitality services to Elizabeth Quay. This includes lifestyle concierge services, supporting members with everything from drycleaning to restaurant recommendations. This five-star experience extends to serviced meeting spaces, access to an onsite cafe, premium relax rooms and move spaces.
As a certified B-Corp, the new Perth Hub offers carbon neutral co-working spaces to businesses and individuals. The new facility will also partake in Hub Australia’s Flexi Impact Program which sees non-for-profit organisations using the space and amenities all for free.
The Perth Hub has been designed by Hassell and Architectus. The duo have teamed up to create a inspiring workplace that encourages productivity and creativity, all while showcasing the beautiful views of the Swan River.
Sophie Bond, Principal at Hassell stated that, “It was essential for the design of Hub Elizabeth Quay to be deeply grounded in its context, responding not only to the building’s architecture and surrounding precinct, but to its meaningful relationship with the Swan River (Derbarl Yerrigan). The result is a space that embraces its environment with refined detailing, authentic materials, and vibrant interiors that are enhanced through natural light, volume and views.
Every zone is dynamic, connected and carefully designed to support different ways of working — from casual meetings to focused engagement. More importantly it’s designed to invite people in; to gather, work, and spend time in a welcoming and comfortable space that reflects the beauty and energy of its surroundings.”
Kim McGrath, Senior Interior Designer from Architectus shares that, “The approach reflects the woven construction methods of traditional fish traps found along the Swan River, translating these concepts into a harmonious blend of tactile materials and reflective surfaces that enhance the overall experience. This culminates in a warm, inviting atmosphere that resonates with the local environment and fosters a sense of connection to the community.”
Brad Krauskopf, CEO C Founder of Hub Australia shares that, “As the country’s leader in workspace experience, we are proud to be bringing our premier coworking space to businesses in Perth. We know there is a big market in Perth for co-working spaces, with many offices or corporations having smaller teams there. Hub is going to completely transform coworking in Perth — bringing everything from lifestyle concierge services, to an Unyoked room all in one spot.”
Individuals and business of all sizes, are now be able to secure a workspace at the new Perth Hub. To book a tour of the new facility: https://www.hubaustralia.com/locations/perth/hub-elizabeth-quay/.
