One of Adelaide’s most coveted office destinations, 30 Pirie Street, is unveiled in the city’s heart following a $30 million regeneration.

Quintessential completed the multi-million-dollar revitalisation of the 23-storey tower after acquiring the landmark building for $73 million in 2022.

The latest successful South Australian project for Quintessential, 30 Pirie, delivers a new workday experience with premium amenities and an enviable location at the gateway to Adelaide’s flourishing culinary scene and close to everything the CBD offers.

30 Pirie Street was officially launched for leasing on 13 March by Rudy Pieck, Office Managing Partner, BDO who hailed it as a vote of confidence in Adelaide’s office market and CBD. “Projects like 30 Pirie help breathe new life into the city, creating a thriving CBD,” Mr Pieck said.
