
Perth specialist property services firm Effective Property Solutions (EPS) has facilitated the $10.8 million sale of two Kewdale properties to one of Australiaās leading steel building products manufacturers and suppliers.
Metroll purchased 3 – 5 Marchesi St from Subiaco-based commercial and residential property investment company Westbridge Funds Management, which acquired the separate green title lots in December 2022 for $8.1 million.
Justin Mabarrack, Head of Commercial & Industrial Sales & Leasing at EPS, said the properties ā which total 4200sqm ā would, for now, continue to be leased out.
āEPS actively manages 3 & 5 Marchesi St, and they will remain home to current tenants Dirty Clean Food in the short term,ā he explained.
āMetroll owns several properties surrounding Marchesi Street and its headquarters on Chilver St is directly opposite these newly acquired buildings.
āThis strategic off-market acquisition will facilitate their future expansion plans, with the Marchesi properties set to be incorporated into their existing operation in the near future.ā
Burswood-based EPS was established in 2020.
