According to the LPI a site at 63 Pine Road was settled on the 15th February 2019 for just under $65 million. The site is home to Fife Capital’s Yennora Logistics Hub, comprising 3 buildings over a 16ha site. Fife Capital have been working on the development applications for the site since 2016. The first building comprises 25,850sqm and is split into two tenancies with a pre-commitment over 8,400sqm. The site was being marketed by Colliers in early 2018 and according to the LPI the property was exchanged on the 29th June 2018. The buyer remains a mystery. Location Map: #Industrial
