An Artarmon industrial precinct site with development potential has been listed for sale for the first time in over 45 years.

Located at 17 ā€“ 31 Carlotta Street, the 3,329sqm site comprises four fully tenanted freehold properties with a net income of $835,073 p.a.

CBREā€™s Peter Mangraviti, Toby Silk and Geoff Hunt together with Sutton Andersonā€™s Brad Sutton and Hugh Anderson are managing the sale via an expression of interest campaign closing October 26, 2023.
