An Artarmon industrial precinct site with development potential has been listed for sale for the first time in over 45 years.

Located at 17 – 31 Carlotta Street, the 3,329sqm site comprises four fully tenanted freehold properties with a net income of $835,073 p.a.

CBRE’s Peter Mangraviti, Toby Silk and Geoff Hunt together with Sutton Anderson’s Brad Sutton and Hugh Anderson are managing the sale via an expression of interest campaign closing October 26, 2023.
