Colliers National Director Office Leasing, Jemma Hutchinson, brokered the direct deal with Subsea7 and GDI across Level 15, a full floor of 1,882.2sqm, with a brand-new fit-out that was built by Ryder Projects.
The off-market deal was a case of āsometimes the shoe just fitsā, according to Ms Hutchinson, with strong market sentiment we are seeing tenants continue to expand across a broad range of sectors.

This new leasing fills the building to and including level 15, boasts an āAā list of tenants now in occupancy. Westralia Square is now closing in on full occupancy, with advanced negotiations underway on the remaining 4 top floors.
