
Leading Gold Coast real estate consultancy, GV Property Group is now inviting expressions of interest for 1177 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach.
Owners of the four-level apartment building – comprising six, two bedroom apartments – have joined forces to bring the 825sqm site to market, in a style that GV Property Group is now synonymous for in the area.
“ Vendors can achieve a 15 – 20 per cent increase in the market value of their apartment by selling alongside their neighbours and maximising the development potential of their property,” says GV Property Group’s Luke Reaby, who is managing the campaign.
The group initially listed the property with the intention of running an off-market campaign through it’s wide reaching local, interstate and international developer network.
“ After the volume of interest we received through our off-market discussions, we decided we’d achieve the best outcome for our vendors by bringing the listing to the public,” Reaby continued.
The property is likely to appeal to a range of developers, wanting to capitalize on its exceptional location and views, and the nine-storey limit of the zone.
In 2021 GV Property Group sold a similar sized block at 1203-1205 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach, with a DA in place for 29 Units for $6.8m.
The purchaser has since lodged plans for 17 larger apartments to cater to demand for luxury product in the area.
Expressions of interest for 1177 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach will close on Thursday 10 March 2022.
