Buyers at Frasers Property Australia’s The Quarry in Brisbane’s north will have three pools and a wellness centre in their backyard as the second phase of elevated amenities at ClubQ is revealed.

Mr Ullman said The Promenade Collection was primely positioned north of ClubQ, delivering rare value for a house and land style community that would attract a diverse mix of buyers.
