Buyers at Frasers Property Australia’s The Quarry in Brisbane’s north will have three pools and a wellness centre in their backyard as the second phase of elevated amenities at ClubQ is revealed.
It comes with the launch of The Promenade Collection within the transformational masterplan at Keperra, comprising 22 homesites superbly positioned to take advantage of approximately $8 million worth of premium resort style facilities.
The new resident exclusive amenities at ClubQ include two resort-style walk in pools with a kids splash-and-play area and integrated waterfall, an outdoor entertainment precinct, and a premium wellness centre, alongside the existing 25-metre lap pool, residents dining and event space, and communal green spaces.
Frasers Property Australia General Manager Development Queensland Scott Ullman said the inclusion of unique family-friendly amenities would bring generations of residents together.
“We’ve reached another exciting milestone at The Quarry with the stage two evolution of ClubQ, which includes two additional pools, a wellness centre and a sunset deck and BBQ pavilion to capture panoramic views of the surrounding D’Aguilar Range and beyond,” Mr Ullman said.
“The splash-and-play area has been created with natural elements to spark creativity in play for our youngest residents, giving children their own resort-style experience while parents relax nearby.
“The private wellness centre featuring a sauna, gymnasium, and yoga area is designed to promote relaxation and renewal and will become a space where residents can prioritise their health and wellbeing close to home.
“We’ve designed these areas in collaboration with our first residents, taking on their feedback to create spaces they value. While we plan to activate more areas throughout The Quarry, ClubQ will always be the heart of the community and will be completed in 2026.”
Mr Ullman said The Promenade Collection was primely positioned north of ClubQ, delivering rare value for a house and land style community that would attract a diverse mix of buyers.
“The Promenade Collection residents will have ClubQ on their doorstep, serving as an extension of their backyards and offering unprecedented access to three pools and 4,600sqm of open space managed to a resort-style standard upon moving in,” he said.
“This release presents a great opportunity in a future Olympic city for the entry-level market. In the two years since the first release at The Quarry, land sales have demonstrated strong growth.
“Buyers can choose their own builder and home design or select a turnkey design by experienced builder Glenvill Homes and The Quarry’s resident architect Marco Calvino, with opportunities to customise the layout and finishes to suit their lifestyle.
“With land prices starting from $755,000, this means buyers can build a brand-new four-bedroom home for about $1.5 million at a prime location within The Quarry, and the opportunity to buy at this price point won’t last long.”
Mr Ullman said The Quarry’s evolution up the iconic Keperra hillside would continue in the months ahead.
“The Quarry is trailblazing on many fronts, from the resort style amenity to the diversity of homes on offer,” he said. “There is no other land like this available within 10km of the Brisbane CBD with value aligned with the inner-city market.”
Spanning approximately 48.7 hectares, the transformation of The Quarry at Keperra features approximately 400 elevated homesites being brought to life by extensive placemaking and amenities.
Located in Brisbane’s northwest, Keperra is an established suburb just 9.5km from the Brisbane CBD, with strong demand for new housing supply due to its proximity to leading schools, healthcare and major transport infrastructure.
The existing Keperra Quarry, which mines granite, has operated for more than 60 years and will progressively curb operations as development of the residential stages advance.
