Mirvac will expand its innovative delivery retail model, WeShow, after the success of its pilot program at East Village in Sydney.
WeShow is our Australian-first rapid delivery concept, allowing emerging brands and entrepreneurs to connect with a new audience in a physical retail space. It is a sustainable and dynamic retail solution that takes away all the paint points of setting up in a bricks and mortar for our future retail partners.
The three new locations will be established in NSW and Queensland, in Sydney’s Birkenhead Point Outlet Centre, Brisbane’s Toombul Shopping Centre and the Sunshine Coast’s Kawana Shoppingworld.
The beauty of physical stores is providing brands the ability to showcase their products and engage more deeply with their audience. It’s no secret the most successful brands operate across both the online and physical retail channels in an integrated way. This is associated with brand knowledge and trust driving confidence amongst consumers to spend.
WeShow is a full-service solution and partnership between Mirvac’s Retail Team and the brand partner. Mirvac provides support from start to finish – with access to a team of retail experts including design, visual merchandisers and marketing specialists throughout the process. Mirvac have created a new modular fit out solution that can be tailored to suit each brand’s business needs.

Hills & West, the pilot partner for the concept, were exposed to over 13,000 new customers over the 12 week period, resulting in a 300% uplift in sales and 126% profit increase.
