Fife acquires Campbelltown Industrial

Fife Capital have acquired an industrial building in Campbelltown for $19.1M.

The asset was developed by Charter Hall for owner occupation by Buildom a builder of pre-fabricated modular bathroom pods. Buildom have now sold the facility to Fife Capital and a new lease has been entered into with Viridi Pty Ltd, a powder coating business.

The 2.4ha site, which is located at 6 Hepher Rd, Campbelltown is positioned next to the M5 motorway and in close proximity to the Macarthur Intermodal which is expected to generate increase demand for industrial tenants in the area.

The site contains a high span 11,440m2 warehouse with 6 roller doors, 4 x 5 tonne cranes & 2 x 16 tonne cranes and a 51 meter wide concrete hardstand which suits a variety of tenant requirements.

The transaction was completed at a cap rate of approx 6.5%.

The sale campaign was managed by Colliers and LJ Hooker Bankstown.
